Video: Lamborghini Aventador is the perfect car to have for the Apocalypse
Apparently what you’re going to see here is an official Lamborghini commercial showing that the new 2012 Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 is the perfect car to have when the world ends. Honestly, we wouldn’t mind driving one as we count down the last seconds on planet Earth.

Refresher: The Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 will be powered by a 6.5L V12 engine making 690-hp and 509 lb-ft of torque. Mated to the company’s new ISR (Independent Shifting Rod) 7-speed transmission, 0 to 60 mph will come in 2.9 seconds with a top speed of 217 mph. The Aventador is an all-wheel-drive supercar courtesy of Lamborghini’s Haldex 4-wheel drive system. Prices will start north of $375,000.
