Audi is all about cutting down the weight of their vehicles in order to increase fuel-economy and lower fuel-emissions. To show how crazy it is about reducing weight, Audi of America hired Taras Lesko who took 285 pieces of paper, 750 parts and 245 hours to complete the 2012 Audi A7 Papercraft.

Let’s just hope it’s a Audi A7 TDI.

Refresher: The 2012 Audi A7 is powered by a 3.0L TFSI Supercharged V6 making 310-hp at 5,500-6,500 rpm and 325 lb-ft of torque at 2,900-4,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 8-speed Triptronic automatic transmission, which allows the 2012 A7 to run from 0 to 60 mph in 5.4 seconds with a top speed of 130 mph (electronically limited). Prices start at $59,250.
