Vath tunes Mercedes-Benz CL-Class

German tuner Vath, a specialist in tuning cars from the three-pointed-star since 1977, has just introduced a new tuner version for the CL-Class.

Kits are available for all models but the one that is the most eye-catching is the makeover for the 6.0L twin-turbocharged V12 CL65 AMG. The basic package will increase horsepower of the CL65 to 653-hp as well as the top speed to 186 mph. The full V65RS package raises them to a mind-blowing 737-hp and 847 lb-ft of torque for a top speed of 205mph – owners can probably jump-start the planet should it stop rotating with one of these.

Vath also lowers the suspension and widens its track while upgraded brakes, exhaust and its own 20-inch rims are provided.

A body kit is included, complete with a carbon-fiber front lip spoiler, a rear lip spoiler and a new diffuser.

The interior also goes reworked with – take a wild guess – Yup, you’re right! Carbon fiber, complete with an upgraded speedo, aluminum pedals, and a sport steering wheel with the option of leather, wood, or CF.
