Video: Ferrari P4/5 Competizione hits up the Nurburgring
The Nurburgring 24 hour race is coming up on June 25, and the Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus team is out testing their Ferrari P4/5 Competizione prior to the big race. The first bunch of track runs featured celebrity drivers Nicola Larini, Mika Salo, Fabricio Giovanardi and Luca Capellari.
If you’re not sure exactly what the Ferrari P4/5 Competizione is – it is the brain-child of American collector and enthusiast Jim Glickenhaus and is based on the F430 Scuderia. The track car comes with the engine and suspension of the Ferrari F430 GT2 ALMS. The only thing Glickenhaus and his team want is to win while bringing some style to the 24 hour race.
The private project has no affiliation with Ferrari and no factory support.
