Following Chrysler’s successful ‘Born of Fire’ Super Bowl commercial, the Auburn Hills automaker introduced a line of merchandise with its ‘Imported from Detroit’ slogan. The company announced today that it has sold more than 8,500 ‘Imported from Detroit’ items since it launched the campaign last month.
In the first few hours when it first launched the merchandise, Chrysler said it sold a total of 1,779 ‘Imported from Detroit’ T-shirts.
Following a new logo earlier this month, Chrysler said it sold another 4,610 ‘Imported from Detroit’ T-shirts.
Chrysler said that it also sold close to 1,300 sweatshirts, tank tops and infant body suits. It sold more than 1,228 decal stickers as well.
