2011 Geneva Preview: SsangYong Actyon Sports coming to Europe in 2012
Small Korean automaker SsangYong will be coming to the 2011 Geneva Motor Show with a new revised version of its Ridgeline Actyon Sports. The updated sport-utility Actyon Sports will go on sale in Europe and other market by early 2012.
Power for the new SsangYong Actyon Sports comes from a 2.0L 4-cylinder diesel engine that produces 153-hp and 266 lb-ft of torque. Mated to a 6-speed manual or an automatic, the Actyon Sports meets Euro 5 emissions standards. The model will be available with two and all-wheel-drive.
As a refreshed, Mahindra & Mahindra bought a controlling stake in SsangYong last year. No plans to sell the Actyon Sports in the United States… yet.
