Ford has a couple of debuts planned for the 2011 Geneva Motor Show next month but it has said it will unveil a ‘groundbreaking’ vehicle at the major auto show without providing any concrete details.

Ford of Europe’s Chairman and CEO Stephen Odell will unveil the ‘groundbreaking’ vehicles in Geneva, while Ford’s CEO Alan Mulally will be delivering a keynote address the same day at the consumer electronics show in Hannover, Germany – the CeBIT.

At the Geneva Show, Ford will also show the Ford Ranger Wildtrak pickup, a luxury version of the truck. The Ranger Wildtrak will be joined by the Ford Vertrek, C-MAX Energi, Transit Connect Electric and the cleanest Mondeo ECOnetic ever. The Ford Mondeo ECOnetic will emit just 114g/km of CO2 courtesy of a new 113-hp 1.6L diesel engine with stop-start technology.
