Hyundai Veloster Rally Car teased before Chicago debut
The Chicago Auto Show isn’t one of the most popular shows in the United States, but it still has press days with a few automakers making some headlines from windy city. Hyundai has released two teaser shots of the upcoming Hyundai Veloster Rally Car, which will debut at the 2011 Chicago Auto Show next week.

Refresher: The 2012 Hyundai Veloster is powered by an all-new 1.6L GDI Gamma direct-injection gasoline engine making 138-hp and 123 lb-ft of torque. It can be mated to either a 6-speed manual, or Hyundai’s all new dual-clutch 6-speed automatic. Fuel-economy wise, the 2012 Veloster is expected to get up to 40 mpg. Sales start later this year.
