The Scion iQ was supposed to go on sale in March but according to Toyota representatives, the iQ has been delayed to this summer. The delay comes due to a backlog of testing and planning back in Japan.

“Look for media drives around June,” said Greg Thome, Communications Manager – Toyota Division,

Thome said that the summer would be a better time to launch the Scion iQ, giving the PR department and dealers more time to get to know the new subcompact. Prices of the iQ will be announced 4 to 7 weeks prior to launch.
