2011 Detroit: Mini Paceman is a coupe Countryman
Revealed at the Detroit Auto Show this year from Mini is the new Paceman Concept, which is a two-door crossover that basically suggests that Mini will be cutting two doors off of the new Countryman. Aimed directly at the Land Rover Evoque Concept’s new two-door crossover segment, it is based off of the same ALL4 permanent all-wheel-drive platform as the Countryman crossover and despite having two-doors cut off, will have the same dimensions.

Power is supplied by a John Cooper Works turbocharged 1.6L four-pot offering 211 hp and 192 lb-ft of torque. And if that wasn’t enough to please, torque could be increased to 207 lb-ft with an “Overboost” function.
