So you own a 2009/2010 Nissan GT-R and are pretty depressed that the 2012 model year gets more power and runs from 0-60 mph in 2.9 seconds. Well, worry not (unless you hate spending money on modifying your car). Hennessey Performance has announced a new upgrade kits for the GT-R, known as the GTR650 and GTR800
The package boosts output on the GT-R to 662-hp with a peak torque of 638-hp. The range-topping GTR800 package increases output to 813-hp with a maximum torque of 704 lb-ft – allowing it to spring from 0-60 mph in a blistering 2.6 seconds.
Those interested in additional upgrades can order premium wheels and tire packages, KW adjustable coil-over shocks, an uprated clutch pack, carbon fiber body parts and a Sumo electronic exhaust cutout. Hennessey also offers other engine and suspension upgrades from Cobb, Zele, HKS and others.
