In May of this year, General Motors confirmed that it will indeed make the high-performance 4-banger turbo Buick Regal GS. However, it did not say when the production version would be unveiled or when the Regal GS would go into production.

We now have confirmation that the production version of the Regal GS will make its debut at a consumer event called “Regal Remix” in Miami on November 4. The event will be held at an undisclosed nightclub in Miami Beach. We’re petty sure the car will make its way to the 2010 LA Auto Show after that.

“I can’t tell you where yet,” said Buick spokesperson Kelly Wysocki, adding “this will be the first time the production car will be shown.”

The production Regal GS is expected to stay close to the concept version shown at the 2010 Detroit Auto Show, including the 255-hp 4-cylinder turbo, 6-speed manual gearbox and all-wheel drive.
