Video: Mazda Shinari Concept in Action, Mazda3 to get Kodo design

So what the heck does our title mean? Well, we have two videos here – one shows the new Shinari Concept in action while the other shows the new Kodo design theme that Mazda will apply to future vehicles. Shown in the second video is the new Kodo design theme being applied to the next-generation Mazda3.

Refresher: The Mazda Shinari Concept is a four-door-coupe study that shows the future design direction for the brand. Mazda said that it will use the word “˜Kodo” (Japanese for soul of motion) to describe the new design language, which was created through a collaboration between Mazda”s styling studios in Germany, the United States and Japan.
