Gemballa to hold press conference on Aug. 23, may go back into business
A little while back, Gemballa, a tuning firm that produces aftermarket parts for Porsche and Ferrari vehicles, closed its doors after the disappearance of its founder Uwe Gemballa. Uwe had been reported missing since February in Johannesburg, South Africa while on a business trip.
The company is now reportedly scheduled to hold a press conference on August 23. Managing director Andreas Schwarz is rumored to announce that the company will go back into business.
No word on how Gemballa plans on doing that or what the company will be called. The press conference is scheduled for Aug. 23 at 11 a.m. Germany time. Stay tuned for more details.
