Ever since the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 made its debut at the 2010 New York Auto Show, we’ve only seen the car in a bright white exterior. To spice things up a little for the car’s debut at the F1 German Grand Prix in Hockenheim, Laureus Design showed off their SLS AMG GT3 with a chromed out exterior. Blinding to the eye? Yes. Awesome? Why not.
Refresher: Power the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 comes from the same 6.3L AMG V8 as the production model making 563-hp with a maximum torque of 479 lb-ft. The racing model is built to comply with the GT3 specifications of the FIA and is designed as a racing sports car for customers competing in sprints and long-distance races.
