Pagani Zonda R laps Nurburgring in 6:47.5

Pagani recently hit up the Nurburgring with the Zonda R and took the top spot from the Ferrari 599XX, which returned a lap time of 6:58.16, for the fastest lap around the famous German track.

The Pagani Zonda R managed to run the track in a total of 6:47.5 and here is the video to prove it.

Refresher: Power for the Pagani Zonda R comes from a 6.0L V12 Mercedes-Benz engine making 739-hp. Mated to Pagani”s first paddle shift gearbox, capable of changing gears in 20 milliseconds, the Pagani Zonda R goes from 0-62 mph in just 3 seconds with a top speed of 233 mph.
