Toyota plans on starting six new offices in North America that will be responsible for gathering information about vehicle issues. The move comes as the Japanese automaker does all it can to recover its damaged image from huge recalls that started late last year.

Four of the six offices will be opened in the United States while the other two will be opened in Canada. The six offices should open within the next 12 months and will collect feedback to study vehicle problems and complaints.
