The Audi A7, a competitor to Mercedes-Benz’s CLS, is earmarked to make its debut at the 2010 Moscow Motor Show next month. However, the engineers at Audi are already working on a high-performance version with the S7. Spies recently caught the S7 circling the Nurburgring, undergoing some high-speed testing.

The range-topping Audi RS7 is also rumored and is expected to be powered by Audi’s 5.2L V10 engine making 580-hp mated to a 6-speed dual-clutch gearbox.

The A7 debut with a range of gasoline and diesel engines with prices starting around £28,000 ($45,954 USD).
