According to General Motors’ Vice Chairman Tom Stephens, Chevrolet has plans to launch a family minivan in several global regions very soon. Stephens made comments about the upcoming minivan today while showing analysts GM’s future product plans.
Stephens said that GM will base the new minivan on a global compact-car architecture and showed analysts a picture of the model. Sadly, no analyst was able to grab a shot of the van with their cell-phone and Tweet about it.
Stephens also showed analysts a Chevrolet SUV concept (not like they really need any other SUVs) and a small compact car concept. He also previewed a three-row Buick business van for China.
Not timing for possible launches on any product were given.
