2011 Chevrolet Cruze
General Motors has finally announced the pricing on the 2011 Chevrolet Cruze, which will be hitting dealerships this September with four available models.
The lineup will start with the $16,995 2011 Chevrolet Cruze LS, which is powered by a 136-hp 1.8L Ecotec 4-cylinder engine mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. The Cruze LS will come standard with OnStar (with a 6-month subscription including Turn-by-Turn navigation), power windows, power locks, remote keyless entry and XM Radio (with 3-month trial subscription).
Moving up a notch, the Cruze LT will start at $18,895 and will come with a 1.4L Ecotec turbo making 138-hp mated to 6-speed automatic transmission as standard. For the same price, buyers can also go for the Chevrolet Cruze Eco, which is powered by the same engine but mated to a 6-speed manual. The Cruze Eco also comes standard with, 17-inch alloy wheels with ultra low-rolling resistance tires, and enhanced aerodynamic performance package.

Topping off the lineup is the $22,695 2011 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ. Power comes from the 138-hp 1.4L Ecotec turbo mated to a 6-speed automatic. The Cruze LTZ comes standard with 6-way power driver seat, leather seating, leather wrapped steering / shift-knob, steering-wheel mounted audio controls, remote vehicle start, automatic climate control, auto-dimming rearview mirror, rear parking assist and 18-inch alloy wheels.
Available options on the Cruze include:
- In-dash navigation system with 40-gigabyte hard drive, enabling pause-and-play radio, downloading of audio CDs, or transferring MP3 files from a USB memory device
- Pioneer Audio system, with nine speakers and 250-watt amplifier
- Heated leather seats
- Ultrasonic rear park assist
- RS Appearance package, including rocker moldings, unique front and rear fascias, front fog lamps, and rear spoiler
