Kia is being sued over the background track, preformed by “The Heavy,” used in the Korean automaker’s weird Super Bowl ad for the 2010 Kia Sorento. Drive-In Music Co. has filed a lawsuit against Kia, CBS and NFL claiming that the featured song “How You Like Me Now” is originally by a British rock band know as Dyke and the Blazers.

Drive-In says that it is ripped off of a song is called “Let a Woman Be a Woman, Let a Man Be a Man” by Dyke and the Blazers.

That leaves us wondering why Drive-In is going after Kia and not The Heavy.

Hit the jump to see the commercial and to listen to Let a Woman be a Woman, Let a Man Be a Man.
