It seems like the Fast and Furious franchise still has some gas in its tank. According to IGN Movies, Universal has confirmed a fifth installment of the series with the title being “Fast Five.”

Vin Diesel and Paul Walker will be back for part five along with director Justin Lin and producer Neal Moritz. Variety is reporting the writer Chris Morgan will also come back to write for the film.

The plot will consist of “Dom (Diesel) and Brian (Walker) as fugitives being pursued by relentless lawmen.

another movie about street racing…thats just great…so how many kids will act like there favorite movie stars and end up racing there mom's car into a tree. there is a big problem out there with street racing and this will not help.

How about you learn to appreciate a movie for the reason it was created-pure cinematic experience. Rather than falsely assume that all kids fit into your stereotype of pedal to the metal lunatics, understand that not all kids cause accidents and take note of the statistic provided by edgarsnyder.com that reads “One-fifth of experienced adult drivers in the United States send text messages while driving”. So before you go and blame the youth population in correlation with the movie franchise Fast and Furious for reckless behavior, just take a step back and realize that it is after all just a movie. And as for your question, (which you forgot to end with a question mark by the way, must be the influence of the movie industry or something…) “so how many kids will act like there favorite movie stars and end up racing there mom's car into a tree?” the answer is not many, numerous kids know the difference between their mom's mini van and Dom Torreta's Challanger…so again I'd like to remind you to steer clear of teenage stereotypes and use your own head and opinions rather than those of the news and popular beliefs. Take your Toyota Prius driving, Jody Rell supporting, right lane driving ass off of Fast and Furious forums (where it obviously doesn't belong) and go fuck yourself.
