While Conan O’Brien is busy wasting NBC’s money on a Bugatti Veyron dressed as a mouse, Jay Leno is spending his time wisely test-driving the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport for Jay Leno’s Garage.

Refresher: Power for the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport comes from a W16 1,001-hp engine that allows for a top speed of 253 mph with the top closed and 190 mph with the roof off. With the folding roof in place top speed is limited to a very low 81 mph.
