Audi started teasing its upcoming A1 model yesterday prior to its debut at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show in March. Of course, that raised the question whether or not Audi will be bringing the A1 to the United States. If a continuous ”No” didn’t answer your questions before – Audi is once again letting us no that “no sales are planned for the U.S.”

For those of you living on the other side of the world, Audi promises some exciting new things with the A1.

“There will be many ways to customize the A1 to your personal ideas, especially in the interior,” said Stefan Sielaff, head of design at Audi AG. Audi said “there is a surprise in store” with the A1′s grille. “We’ll do something here, maybe with the corners and the width of the grille,” said Sielaff.

Audi will continue to tease us with additional details and images of the A1 before it takes the covers off at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show next year.

Okay Audi i understand that you're not considered that much of a luxury brand here… but still if the A1 will sell then bring it… egm? how about a poll on this?
