Audi announced today that it will debut its 2011 A1 subcompact at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show.
“The Audi brand represents a unique passion for cars. A small, bold idea can turn into something big,” says Rupert Stadler, Chairman of the Board of Management of AUDI AG. “This is the case with the Audi A1. Its mission is clear: to condense all of Audi’s virtues into a car that is less than four meters long.”
“Our goal with the A1 is a bold one: to repeat the success that we have enjoyed with the A3 in the compact segment, Stadler said. “With the A1 we’re opening another door into the world of premium cars.”
Until the A1 makes its world premiere at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show, Audi will tease us with some details and images on the A1 press site. We’ll be checking in every now and then to bring you the updates info so stay tuned.
