Toyota has decided to cancel plans to introduce its luxury Lexus brand in India because the company has too many things on its plate – really that’s the real reason. According to Inside Line, Toyota has its hands full working on a new upcoming small-car project for Lexus (may be a production version of the Lexus LF-Ch).

While importing Lexus vehicles from Japan to India is relatively easy for Toyota, launching a distribution network would require the Japanese automaker to undertake a daunting task.

Lexus plans on relaunching its Indian dreams after the so-called Entry Family Car is introduced to the market next year.
