Last month General Motors CEO Fritz Henderson confirmed that the Camaro Convertible will arrive as a 2012 model in the first quarter of 2011. Yesterday, GM said that the North American production of the 2011 Buick Regal sedan will take place at the company’s Oshawa Car Assembly plant.

Digging a little bit through the press release, we spotted that GM also confirmed that the Camaro Convertible will also enter production at the same time as the Buick Regal.

“Production of the Camaro Convertible in Oshawa will begin in Q1 2011,” GM said in the statement.

We’re looking forward to it.
