		<description>Well I certainly hope that they are better than the dealer employees that call you up if you don&#039;t give them perfect scores on the service feedback surveys.  I was told by the local dealer that I was &quot;not welcome to come back for service&quot;.  She said to take it elsewhere for future service visits and to be ashamed for not giving them a perfect score.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I was appalled to say the least, so I&#039;m glad that they are having more experienced employees calling customers who returned them.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Some what surprised though that only 653 of 220,000 decided to even take that as an option.</description>
