Audi R10 Concept by Marouane Bembli

The 2010 Audi R8 5.2 V10 FSI was a direct answer to those looking for more from the Audi R8 supercar. Powered by a 5.2L V10 producing a total of 525-hp with a maximum torque of 391 lb-ft, the R8 5.2 V10 FSI goes from 0-60 mph in just 3.7 seconds with a top speed of 196 mph.

Wanting more from Audi and its high-performance engineers, 23-year old industrial design student Marouane Bembli has come with his own Audi R10 concept.

“I”ve designed what I believe will be Audi”s new supercar, the R10,” Bembli said. “It features a mid-mounted V10 engine and a dry weight of 1200kg. I hope you like it!”

So – do you guys like it?

Is this even feasible, there is no field of vision. If anyone was to drive this thing he would basically see the taillights of the other car and nothing else. Let alone, is there even headroom. I say industrial design students should hang out with industrial engineers to figure out the details before putting together ridiculous concepts such as above. If Audi wanted to make an RC car out of this I wouldn't blame them.
