Why do they say “Based on the award-winning Opel Insignia”, this car IS the award-winning Opel Insignia but with a Buick badge. This car proves that GM's decision to keep Opel was the right thing to do, a German built Buick for under $30,000. The 2.0 Turbo and Aisin transmission is the same engine/trans combo from the Saab 9-3 and is a very capable and fun to drive engine. I have over 110,000 on one and so far have had no issues.

The Next Gen Sonata looks more capable of Duking it out with the TSX and S60. This is a great deisgn, but its a Buick its supposed to have more chrome. Just keep the Chrome tasteful like the Sonata.

The Interior Reminds me of VW which is ok, but I dont think this will be enough to keep people out of more luxurious looking, more fuel efifcient, and More Powerful Next Gen Sonata, which will be very price competitive with this Buick. About $2k more or less than each other.

The Sonata 4 cyl Turbo will have 275 HP and 32-34 MPG.
