		<description>GM needs to be worrying about delivering on the 230 mpg promise as well as 0 defects on the regular Volt before they start exploring different variants. If this thing gets 1 mpg short of the 230 they were talking about a few months ago or has any quality issues they&#039;re going to be in for a world of criticism.   &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Of course, in the typical fashion of American auto makers I&#039;m sure they&#039;ll blame everyone but themselves for any shortcomings. This includes the EPA for shorting their mileage prediction or foreign component manufacturers for defects...</description>
