I'm honestly happy their keeping Opel. They really need access to all the wonderful German technology Opel uses in their cars to make their American cars better. GM should follow in the steps of Ford and Ford of Europe

May I say that this is mainly because Neelie Kroes of the EU halted the sale to Magna (because of possible unfair competition / funding by the German government)? I think many employees that will be able to keep their jobs (for now) are very thankful; just my $0.02.
