this is a prime example of natural selection overpowering the “safety first” mindset. despite everything you do to save someone, they will find a way to kill themselves and those around them. we should never have had even seat belt laws.

how can someone with no interest in cars have an interest in driving? how can someone with no interest in driving be a good driver?
