Tesla announced today that it has settled its legal dispute with founder and former CEO Martin Eberhard stemming from the company’s early struggles to launch an electric sports car. Eberhard sued Tesla accusing current CEO, Elon Musk, of defamation and planning is ouster.

Musk, who made hundreds of millions of dollars as the co-founder of PayPal, is also among the founders of Tesla.

Tesla has had three CEOs in the last two years.

Tesla did not release any details on the terms of settlement between Eberhard and the company.
