“Looks better in person than in photos” kinds of says it all, doesn't it? Just how long can a car company continue to live off it past glory? Obviously I am wrong as BMW continues to sell all the cars it can make.

My prediction that the GT would replace the Touring (station wagon) was spot on. I expect that the GT will sell better than the Touring.

As a 535 xi Touring owner, I look forward to the GT. The Touring is limited in what can be stuffed into the cargo area by the roof height. The extra rear seat room will be welcomed by the adults that we take along from time to time.

Will BMW let me break my lease early….

Saw the 5-series GT on display in Munich airport in August and it looks worse in person. Think Pontiac Aztec. The proportions are remarkably similar.
