2010 Chevrolet Camaro outsells Mustang for third consecutive month

The Chevrolet Camaro has done it again – for the third consecutive month, the 2010 Camaro has outsold the 2010 Ford Mustang in an all out muscle car war. For the month of August, General Motors’ Camaro outsold Ford’s Mustang by 2,391 units.
General Motors reported a total of 8,680 Camaros sold in August while Ford reported a total of 6,289 Mustangs riding of dealer lots.
In June 2009, the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro outsold the new 2010 Ford Mustang 9,320 to 7,362. Last month, GM sold 7,113 Camaros while FoMoCo sold 6,686 Mustangs.
