There is no way Audi is the apple of the auto industry. You have it all wrong. Apple is all about simplistic products that complete tasks in a revolutionary manor. Example: The first mouse, GUI, iPod, iPhone, etc. Apple has also been about refined design and user interfaces that are simple and yet still so amazing. Audi's poor attempt with complex electronics in no offer a comparison to Apple or its genius CEO Steve Jobs. If any car company is even 1% like apple its Mini. You have to look at the entire package not just some high tech electronics inside to make that kind of a comparison. Apple has been know to spend there development time at a rate of 20% engineering and 80% implementation… this is how their products work so efficiently. You really let me down on this one Stephen… You said it yourself, “if you’re not the tech-savvy type – you’re going to completely hate everything about the MMI system”. The same would never be said about an apple product.
