There really isn’t a substitute for the ultimate off-roading vehicle when it comes to the 2010 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor. At a recent launch event, the folks at Motor Trend were lucky enough to get down and dirty with SVT’s latest creation. Are we jealous? You bet we are.

Refresher: The 2010 F-150 SVT Raptor will be arriving at dealerships shortly with a Flex Fuel 5.4L liter V8 that makes 320-hp and a torque of 390 lb-ft. A 6.2L V8 making 400-hp and a peak torque of 400 lb-ft will be available early next year. Prices start at $38,995 for the 5.4L V8 model and $41,995 for the 6.2L V8.
