		<description>This is not a surprise. The government was in such a rush to get the program out there that they didn&#039;t have all of the details worked out before it was started. With dealers being cash strapped to begin with the idea of having the dealers have to support the program out of their cash flow is unacceptable.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;USAToday is also reporting that the government is admitting that they don&#039;t know how to end the program. Watch for cost overruns on this one.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If this fiasco was being done by a company, you can bet that there would be congressional hearings and demands that the CEO step down.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Will LeHood step down?</description>
