This is exactly what GM needs… a car like this…imagine if they had a Cadillac dedicated hybrid model… that would sell like hot cakes as well

I expect that in the US the Lexus will cannibalize Prius sales. Why put up with Toyota level ownership experience when you can step up to Lexus?

Ownership of hybrids is all about image anyway. The return on investment at today's gas prices doesn't make sense.

When is someone going to come out with a performance oriented hybrid? Lots of talk, but where is the action?
