Fresh out of bankruptcy General Motors Company is still shaking up management as it gets itself together. Today, it has been reported that GM plans to appoint designer Bryan Nesbitt as chief of Cadillac. The official announcement is expected to come later today and will be effective Aug 1, spokesman Terry Rhadigan said.
Nesbitt is known for penning the Chrysler PT Cruiser and has spent eight years at GM, where he is currently in charge of North American design.
Nesbitt will report to the new and ‘unretired’ Lutz.
