You really have to know what was being measured and what is not being revealed.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Is this study based on fatailities per miles traveled or is it based simply on gross totals? Is there a political agenda attached ot this study?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Most studies that measure deaths per miles traveled show a decrease in deaths since the change from 55 mph. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;My recollection was that 55 mph proved to be as successful as prohibition was in the 20s. What is next - electronic governors on our cars?</description>
