The August Road & Track had a comparison test between a Cadillac CTS-V four door and a Jaguar XFR. What surprised me was that although the Jag was quite quick at 0 to 60 in 4.3 seconds, the CTS-V does the same in 4.1. This is stunningly fast, matching the Porsche 911 Carrera S.

Now if Cadillac puts the "same 6.2L Supercharged V8 LSA as the CTS-V sedan. Output will be rated at 556-hp with a maximum torque of 551 lb-ft. ", into the lighter Coupe, Caddy could will have a Supercar at a fraction of the cost of a Ferrari or an Aston Martin. And one made in the USA; that's worth at least a few cover stories on Road and Track. Ditto Top Gear.
