Fritz Henderson

General Motors Company is putting together a new website that will put consumers in closer touch with CEO Fritz Henderson. Expected to launch sometime next week, “Tell Fritz” will be featured on GM’s Reinvention website. Henderson said that he intends to “review and respond to inputs every day.”

“One of the new frontiers in the auto industry will be true customer service,” Henderson said. “We’re committed to responding to consumer market trends. I am personally committed to being closer and more available to consumers than ever before.”

Spokeswoman Mary Hengine said that Henderson may host up to two chat sessions per week on the corporate GM FastLane Blog and GM Reinvention.

Henderson said that he also plans to “go on the road every month” in an effort to keep in touch with consumers. He said he’ll be asking members of his management team to do the same.

“We need to listen to the questions, ideas and concerns of the people who matter most,” Henderson said.

We think it’s a wonderful idea – your thoughts?

Dear mr henderson, gm and saturn are the pride of america. Please do not let our pride down we love our company, and would like to see it succeed, we americans do not believe in quitting or losing, we love competition. There is nothing others can do and we cannot do, saturn cars can sell good in Africa asia middleast europe, not just in the us.England lost their pride and gave and sold their company to outsiders i have to respect for them. We made the saturn brand and it belongs to america, if we can't have it no one can. Please save the pride of america is in your hands. I am an army veteran and do not believe in giving up or quitting, never quit no matter what. thanks.

Don't do to employees as was done with the Van Nuys plant.Lie to them. Don't say one thing & do another. Dealers wanted our cars. They were even ready to pay the $440 that it cost per car to mget the parts to us to build them.
Managment would not hear of it.I iejoyed working in the plant & have many fond memories. TYHank you for your time.
