It is sad but at least Pontiac is going out with a bang

If the Homer Simpson school of Management had any co-herent marketing strategy they would market the hell out of this car for another year or 2 and sell as many as they can, call it a Bonneville, sell it in Biuck or Chevy dealers, chevy being the better choice as it shares the Corvette engine)
Sell it at 42/44K and make money (something the idiots at GM have forgotten how to do apparantly).
They are keeping Holden and it is already designed and the factory tooled. They coul dalso see saving by making more corvette engines

$36,380 for a 415-hp beast! that's an outstanding deal… just worried about the warranty. Maybe this will become a collector's item

It is too bad that the blood was already in the water when the G8 was introduced to the US market. GM's management was too slow to change Pontiac's image.

Now that the government is running GM, I have no confidence that there is going to be any semblance of coherence or market strategy.

Awesome review.. i would love to drive one of these and see how it goes. They def need to keep the G8
