So last week we saw what was said to be a clay model of the next-generation Buick Enclave. The clay model appeared on a special interview with GM’s Ed Welburn on CBS News. GM is now working on developing its second-generation two-mode plug-in hybrid system will show up on the next-generation Enclave.

So far it has been speculated that the Chevrolet Equinox, GMC Terrain and the Cadillac SRX will also host the next-generation two-mode plug-in hybrid system

The 2011 Buick Enclave, which is set to make an appearance in 2011, will be built on the same platform as the Saturn Vue, which was used to promote the next two-mode plug-in hybrid system.
