Now that Jay Leno is done from his Tonight Show duties, he has more time to feed his car enthusiast ambitions. Leno was spotted this past weekend at a local cruise in his EcoJet concept.

The concept made its debut at the 2006 SEMA show and is by far one of the most outstanding concepts we’ve ever seen. Power comes from a 650-hp Honeywell turbine that runs on biodiesel. Underneath the EcoJet concept sits a Corvette Z06 chassis with a body made entirely of carbon fiber and kevlar.
