		<description>I agree GMfan if you ask me CAFE regulations are ineffective, they have done little if nothing to curve our dependence on foreign oil and they do nothing to address the more than 250 million cars on American roads today.  In the late 70’s and early 80’s consumers demanded fuel efficient cars faster than the government mandated them.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;At the end of the day CAFE fails because it does nothing to teach drivers to be energy conscious and instead puts the entire burden on the auto industry.</description>
