In a step similar to the one taken by Chrysler, GM has quietly brought a domain name that would serve as a portal to provide information on its restructuring efforts if it seeks bankruptcy by its government-imposed June 1 deadline.

The web address, gmrestructuring.com, was registered by GM in early April.

Nothing is up on the site as of right now, but stick around for more info. Chrysler’s website address is www.chryslerrestructuring.com.
