		<description>Moronic!  Money down the drain.  The Volt is not even in the state of fruition and they worry about H2 fuel.  There is no infrastructures to support fuel cells.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;BMW and Mercedes were &#039;gung-ho&#039; on this technology a decade ago and both are now into electric hybrids .... which are debut in the 2010 or 2011 model years.</description>
